Gonville Hotel offers on-site parking at £28 per night for residents only.

The car park is covered by CCTV and is security-lit for peace of mind.

We are unable to reserve parking spaces with the exception of disabled spaces and mobility-impaired drivers. Please feel free to contact the hotel directly to discuss any reservations based on these criteria on 01223 366611 or via email to sales@gonvillehotel.co.uk.

If the car park is full on your arrival, please check with a member of the Reception Team who will advise on alternative spaces. Alternatively, the Queen Anne Terrace car park is located 100m from the Gonville Hotel (turn right at the exit). Prices start from £14 – £17.50 for 6 hours and over, with additional overnight hours from 0.80p per hour.

Electric Car Charging
We have two Tesla and two Pod Point electric vehicle charging bays available for residents' use. All are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Pod Point bays are priced at a competitive rate per kWh.

Flowers
We are able to order flowers prior to guests arriving at the hotel from Cambridge Floral Designs. Orders start from £25. Contact reception to arrange this service.

Drinks, chocolates and more

If you are staying for a celebration or would like an extra treat in your room, you are able to order a bottle of wine, bottles of beer, individual glasses or a bottle of Prosecco or Champagne, a platter of chocolates or a fruit platter prior to arrival.

Cards can also be written to accompany these extras.

Check-in is at 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out can usually be arranged on request, although neither is guaranteed. 

Our hotel is non-smoking in all guest bedrooms. Smoking is permitted outside in our designated smoking areas. If evidence of smoking is found in any of our bedrooms, a fee of £50 and the missing night's revenue - due to taking the room out of service - is chargeable.

Gonville Hotel is dog-friendly. By this, we mean properly friendly and not just tolerant.

Pooches are welcome in the public areas, bar and Atrium Brasserie. Additionally, the Gonville has some great outside space as well as a secure area so your four-legged friend can run around freely without fear of traffic or wandering off. Your canine companions can stay in any of our classic and superior rooms. However, they are not permitted in our Restaurant and feature rooms.

There is a charge of £35 per night to allow the hotel to deep clean the bedrooms. Gonville Hotel will make sure that your dog gets a VIP welcome, a treat on arrival and a cosy bed.
