Join us for our exclusive two-day Private Wedding Showcase at The Gonville Hotel, Cambridge, and discover how we could bring your wedding vision to life.
Moving away from the traditional wedding fayre, we're offering couples the opportunity to enjoy a more personal and tailored experience, with a private one-hour appointment dedicated entirely to you and your wedding plans.

Your private wedding experience
Your appointment will begin with a relaxed conversation with our wedding team, giving you the opportunity to talk through your plans, preferred dates, guest numbers, ideas and inspiration.
We'll then take you on a personalised tour of the hotel, showcasing our beautiful wedding spaces and bedrooms, helping you picture how your celebration could come together, from your ceremony and wedding breakfast to the evening celebrations.
To make your visit extra special, you'll be welcomed with a glass of fizz and a selection of delicious food to sample.
