Christmas Eve – 24th December

On arrival let’s make you feel at home and treat you to a comforting mulled wine.

Enjoy a relaxing day at the hotel or take advantage of our prime location to explore our beautiful city. Maybe even complete some last-minute Christmas shopping.

Enjoy a scrumptious afternoon tea between 2pm and 5pm, then, from 6pm our Christmas Carol Concert with the Great St Mary’s Church Choir, takes place in the Atrium in aid of Something To Look Forward To Charity.

From 7:30pm, enjoy our Christmas Eve special event with jazz musicians and our cheese and meat charcuterie menu.

Christmas Day – 25th December

Start your special day with a full English breakfast. Stress will be taken out of Christmas Day this year by letting Gonville Hotel take care of all the cooking.

Join us between 12:30pm to 3pm to indulge in the full Christmas Day experience including a sumptuous Christmas meal with all the trimmings created by our Head Chef.

Chef’s menu will feature the traditional Christmas dishes, along with some twists on the classics! In the afternoon, relax in the comfort of our Atrium Bar before watching the King’s speech, accompanied by tea and mince pies.

Boxing Day – 26th December

After breakfast, escape the city with a drive out to The Fens or visit the picturesque village of Grantchester located just a few miles out of Cambridge. Return for our Boxing Day Family feast served from 12pm.
